General Plan

According to the City’s 2040 General Plan, El Paseo was included as a Horizon 3 Urban Village. Thus, El Paseo is included as a Planned Growth Area, indicating it is an area that is targeted for growth. Currently, a location specific Urban Village Specific Plan has not yet been adopted.
